We allow limited, brief, seasonal hunting on the property. This paid access to the site provides hunters with an exclusive, safer, and more enjoyable experience. Most hunters prefer this to competing over access to other areas in the vicinity, which often present numerous hunters competing for limited space and eligible game.
We provide this privilege only under specific conditions. Interested hunters must fill out an application and sign a legal agreement. The application process includes submission of an appropriate hunting license and tags as required by Colorado law, as well as proof of identity, vehicle insurance, and safe hunting skills.
To protect our animals and residents, no more than 2 individuals are given access to hunt on the property at any given time. At our discretion, we may allow an additional person (friend or a family member) to be on site to share the experience.
Please note that the hunting access fees we charge do NOT guarantee a kill. You will be required to pay for access in advance, regardless of the outcome. We may allow camping (tent or RV) on site for the duration of the hunting period for an additional fee.
